| Comments for the Black Belt Final Project submitted by Aspen Reflections Project Managers |
"After reviewing your well detailed Customer Issue Resolution Time Project, we have concluded that you have successfully shown sufficient comprehension of the Six Sigma methodology to qualify for Black Belt Certification.
To say the least, we were very impressed by your work. Your specific attention to keeping the project on task and your detailed analysis really stood out. Perhaps even more importantly, your evaluation of the project in the beginning was a critical component of the Six Sigma process that is often overlooked by others. Well done!"
